Alumina Railing Products, Inc. is a custom railing manufacturer and fabrication shop. We specialize in upmarket residential and commercial construction projects. We are currently looking for a dependable, hardworking full time Carpenter/Laborer to join our team in our wood division.
Wages are based on skill and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review blueprints & shop drawings with manager prior to cut out and layout.
- Prep materials usings a variety of sanding tools & machinery.
- Assist in applying finish to materials prior to assembly.
- Assist in assembling railings & prepare for delivery.
Required experience:
- Knowledge and ability to read measurement tools.
- Ability to operate all wood shop machinery safely.
- Prior experience reading and interpreting blueprints & shop drawings a plus. Training will be included.
- Load and unload trucks with forklift.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
- Reliable transportation to Work every day on time. Work hours are from 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
- Ability to work extra hours when needed.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Must be reliable and prompt, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and with others as part of a team.
