As a Verizon Sales Representative, you’ll represent Verizon’s trusted telecom solutions locally.
You’ll meet with residents, explain service options, and close sales when appropriate. This role involves high customer interaction, frequent goal check-ins, and steady coaching. Responsibilities of a Verizon Sales Representative
- Engage with homeowners/residents to present Verizon service options, and close sales.
- Turn prospects into customers by consultatively handling objections on the spot.
- Maintain accurate lead notes and update internal customer notes after each interaction.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and technician installs when needed.
- Meet daily and weekly sales/attendance targets and participate in briefings.
- Collect required customer information, verify eligibility, and complete paperwork digitally.
- Uphold brand standards and escalate service issues promptly to management.
