We are looking for motivated and tech-savvy Tech Support Specialists to join our team supporting a globally recognized money transfer service. If you have a passion for solving technical issues, supporting teams, and working in a fast-paced international environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will provide both voice and non-voice technical support to internal customer service and sales teams, ensuring smooth operations of systems used for money transfer and retail money order products. Your expertise will help agents resolve issues quickly so they can continue delivering excellent service to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide voice and offline technical support to customer service agents within the campaign.
- Handle calls and offline requests related to system, device, or connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns efficiently.
- Escalate offline cases to the field technical teams when required.
- Provide urgent support to sales and customer service teams when issues impact operations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the campaign’s money transfer systems and retail money order products.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism when assisting agents and customers.
Minimum Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Matric (or equivalent) or higher as your highest educational qualification
- At least 12 months of Technical Support experience in an International BPO Campaign
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
