Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to support the successful delivery of multiple planning, modelling, and reporting projects across our client base. This role is focused on project administration, coordination, and delivery oversight across multiple teams working on best-in-class EPM platforms such as Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics, and Analogic. You will work closely with delivery teams, team leads and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities


Project Delivery & Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects across different clients and delivery teams
  • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
  • Support sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery cadence (Agile delivery environment)

Project Administration

  • Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Track budgets, effort, and resource allocation across projects
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress to stakeholders
  • Manage documentation and ensure consistency across engagements

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key coordination point between clients, internal teams, and partners
  • Facilitate communication across business and technical stakeholders
  • Escalate risks and issues proactively with clear mitigation plans

Delivery Governance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to Venn Cubed delivery methodologies and best practices
  • Support quality assurance processes and ensure deliverables meet required standards
  • Assist with scope management and change control processes
  • Assist team leads with workload coordination and prioritisation


Required Experience & Skills


Experience

  • 4–5 years’ experience in technical project management or project coordination roles working on data, analytics, or enterprise software implementation projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Exposure (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with EPM / planning tools such as:

o SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Analogic

  • Understanding of:

o Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
o Data integration and analytics environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) – advantageous
