Shop Assistant – Glass worker Jobs in Stamford, CT at Connecticut Glass and Mirror
Our business is focused on providing high quality glass/mirror work for our clients all year round and we are looking to hire hard working, honest, and driven people who are willing to learn a new trade in the glass world.
Will be required to assist lead glass installers with their shop projects and outside installs. Starting wage for those without experience begins @ $18 to $20/hr with the opportunity for growth the more you learn.
Previous experience is preferred, but not a requirement as we are willing to teach/train if you are willing to learn.
Also willing to increase starting wage based on type of previous experience!
This job is a good opportunity for those who like working with their hands as you will learn everything there is to know about installing glass, mirrors, showers and more.

-Must be bilingual (English + Spanish preferred)
-Must be physically able to carry items over 15lbs and participate in manual labor tasks such assisting in loading/unloading sheets of mirror or glass by hand
-Must be very responsible and trustworthy to work with our clients
– Must be able to answer phones if needed
