Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment and inventory handling, as well as making local deliveries to restaurant and retail accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable balancing both warehouse and driving responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare shipping and wholesale orders for delivery with accuracy and efficiency
- Receive and process incoming shipments, including unloading and stocking inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of products
- Drive a company box truck (under 26,000 lbs; no CDL required) to deliver products to customers
- Provide professional and courteous service to restaurant and retail accounts
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lb cases and push heavy loads on a hand truck repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a non-CDL box truck safely and responsibly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
