We’re seeking a dynamic and outgoing Senior Property Broker. This is a business development-focused role responsible for growing our property portfolio by securing new mandates from landlords and investors. You’ll be the face of the business, building trust and long-term relationships through client meetings, outbound calls, and proactive engagement with property owners across Cape Town.
We are specifically looking for individuals based in the Southern Suburbs region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and engage with landlords, property investors, and sellers to secure new property mandates
- Conduct client meetings, property evaluations, and market presentations to win exclusive mandates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted property advisor
- Leverage your market knowledge and network to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Negotiate and facilitate successful property transactions while delivering exceptional client service
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Property Broker
- Proven track record of generating mandates and closing property transactions
- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
- Confident, professional communicator with a client-first approach
- Extensive knowledge of the Cape Town property market, particularly the Southern Suburbs
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
