Position:
Grade C Security Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking professional, reliable, and well-presented Grade C Security Officers to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and property while ensuring all security protocols and procedures are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access control and monitoring of entry and exit points
- Conducting regular patrols and site inspections
- Monitoring and reporting suspicious activities or incidents
- Maintaining occurrence books and incident reports
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed on site
- Assisting clients, visitors, and staff professionally
- Responding to emergencies and security breaches
- Protecting company and client assets
Requirements:
- Valid PSIRA Grade C Certificate
- Registered with PSIRA
- Minimum 1–2 years security experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and professional
- Clear criminal record
- Reliable transport will be advantageous
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure
