VACANCY: PANEL SHOP ESTIMATOR
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our busy and reputable panel shop.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assess vehicle damage and compile accurate repair estimates
– Liaise with insurance companies and clients
– Ensure estimates are in line with industry standards and manufacturer specifications
– Monitor and manage job progress and costing
– Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the repair process
Minimum Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Estimator in a panel shop environment
– Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and parts
– Experience working with insurance claims and estimating systems (e.g. Audatex / Dr Smash or similar)
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Good communication and customer service abilities
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Advantageous:
– Relevant industry certifications
– Experience with multiple vehicle brands
