Site Manager / Site Supervisor – Security OperationsAbout the Role
We are seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee security operations, manage guarding personnel, and ensure all client sites operate efficiently and professionally. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff management, site inspections, vehicle coordination, incident reporting, and maintaining high operational standards across assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise security personnel across multiple sites
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure operational compliance
- Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance management
- Ensure all security officers adhere to company procedures and client requirements
- Manage company vehicles and ensure proper vehicle control and inspections are maintained
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client escalations promptly
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Liaise directly with clients and management regarding site operations
- Ensure all firearms and equipment are handled according to legal and company regulations
- Maintain strong operational control and ensure service delivery standards are met at all times
- Conduct toolbox talks, staff briefings, and operational meetings
- Assist with investigations, incident reporting, and corrective actions where required
Minimum Requirements
- PSIRA Registered – Grade A or Grade B
- Valid firearm competency certificate
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the security industry in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and staff management abilities
- Experience managing multiple security sites and operational teams
- Knowledge of security operations, incident management, and reporting procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Good communication and client liaison skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
- Strong administrative and reporting skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office advantageous)
- Willing to work extended hours and remain operationally available when required
