Weekend Retail Sales Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract)
Pick & Choose Wholesale – Warehouse
Location: 7 Muscat Road, Unit 7, Saxenburg Park, Blackheath
Contract Period: Six Months
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Pick & Choose Wholesale is seeking a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our retail team for the busy winter season.
This is a fixed-term weekend position suited for someone experienced in retail sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Drive sales and meet daily targets
- Assist customers with product selection and upselling
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with stock replenishment and floor organisation
- Support the team during peak trading hours
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a retail store environment
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Reliable and punctual
- Available to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday (essential)
Experience in clothing, fashion or wholesale retail will be advantageous.
