We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Professional to safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through surveillance, access control, conflict management, and emergency response. Your expertise in law enforcement principles, CCTV operation, and loss prevention will be essential in deterring threats and ensuring safety at all times. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a secure workplace while developing your skills in security operations.
Responsibilities
To ensure everyone is at the proper age to consume alcoholic beverages. You must Know how to spot fake IDS And watch the premises For anyone under the age of 21 Trying to consume alcoholic beverages.
Additional responsibilities include supplying ICE to the bartenders, End of night responsibilities such as taking out trash and cardboards. Being on the lookout for any suspicious activities of any kind, For instance someone, trying to sell illegal substances on the premises.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, applying conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes.
- Assist in loss prevention strategies by identifying theft or vandalism risks and implementing preventative measures.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and security protocols is essential.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to respond effectively during emergencies.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with loss prevention practices and security procedures enhances effectiveness in this role.
