We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented Student Enrolment & Admissions Sales Executive to join our team as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Sales
- Convert enquiries (phone calls, emails, and walk-ins) into successful student registrations
- Meet and surpass monthly enrolment targets
Admissions Support
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time
Marketing & Outreach
- Assist with marketing campaigns and student recruitment initiatives
- Take part in events, open days, and outreach programmes
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and current students
- Conduct regular follow-ups to increase conversion rates
Administration & Reporting
- Capture and manage leads using CRM systems
- Maintain accurate records and compile sales/admissions reports
Experience Required
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or student recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or enrolment targets
- Experience converting leads into customers or students
- Familiarity with CRM systems or databases
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills
- Experience in an education or training environment is advantageous
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) – required
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field – advantageous
