We are a newly established Security Company based in Witbank. We are looking for a vibrant Security General Manager who can grow this company to a higher level. Your experience, knowledge and qualification should be good enough to secure this position
The successful candidate should provides strategic leadership for an organization’s entire security function, overseeing personnel, risk management, technology, and budget. He should be able to develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies to protect assets, employees, and data while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a security manager, preferably in a senior or general management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in security management, business administration, or a related field, often required.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security technology.
- Leadership: Excellent command, communication, and team management skills.
- Compliance: Deep understanding of security legislation, safety standards, and compliance regulations including Psira.
Pay: R25 000,00 – R40 000,00 per month
