We are seeking a dynamic and innovative a Beverage product developer to join our vibrant product development team. In this role, you will lead research and development initiatives focused on creating exciting new beverage formulations, improving existing products, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Your expertise will drive the development of high-quality, nutritious, and innovative beverages that meet consumer demands and industry regulations. Responsibilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret market trends, synthesize consumer preference trends, and use this information to support the development of new products for Moxue as well as the continuous improvement of existing products
- Ability to develop and test beverages and ingredients tailored to the North American market under supervision
- Basic understanding of the flavors and characteristics of key ingredients such as sugar, milk, and fruit
- Ability to conduct product testing, sales tracking, and related tasks in support of new product launches
- Identify market opportunities in the beverage and food industries to support product innovation
Skills
- 1–3 years of work experience or more.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English.
- Be willing to travel occasionally within the US.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes within the food industry, especially in beverage production.
- Experience with product development cycles including formulation adjustments, packaging considerations, and sensory evaluation.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot production or formulation issues effectively.
