Sanitation Supervisor (3rd Shift | 4-Day Work Week)
$30–$32/hour + Full Benefits
We’re looking for a hands-on Sanitation Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for this role.
Big plus: this is a 4-night work week — 3-day weekend, every week.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and work alongside a small sanitation team each night
- Make sure all cleaning is done right, on time, and up to standard
- Run pre-op inspections and own the quality of the work
- Help manage sanitation systems, including schedules, documentation, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards
- Train and coach team members (English/Spanish)
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance to make sure nothing gets missed
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be on the floor with your team, not behind a desk.
What success looks like
- The plant is consistently clean, organized, and ready for startup
- Your team knows what to do and executes without constant direction
- Pre-op issues are rare because things are done right the first time
- Cleaning and documentation standards are consistently met without gaps
- You catch issues early and fix them before they become bigger problems
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing or food production
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Someone who leads by example and holds a high standard
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team
Schedule
- Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
- Thursday: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 4 nights per week
