Role Overview: As a Field Support Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our home inspection operations. You’ll work closely with our inspectors, providing essential on-site support to ensure inspections are conducted efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting inspectors with equipment setup and breakdown.
- Providing ancillary services, such as radon, mold and water testing.
- Supplying inspectors with needed supplies.
- Speaking with homebuyers regarding service(s) being performed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Prior experience in customer service or field support roles preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility in mindset, organization, and a great attitude are mandatory.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
