Retail – Picker / Packer Jobs in Century City at ACDC Dynamics
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing stock for customers while ensuring excellent service and maintaining a well-organised work area. This role suits a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders or retail requirements.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit or handling.
- Verify item quality, quantity, and condition before packing.
- Label packages clearly with correct shipping and order information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store and work areas, including shelves, counters, and displays.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with warehouse and retail team members.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with stock or orders promptly.
- Follow company policies and health & safety procedures at all times
- Matric/ Grade12.
- 1+ years work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people.
- Proficient with using tools required for this position.
- Physically agile and dexterous.
- Proficient organizational skills.
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Computer Literate
