Company Overview
We are a high volume dealership in the Heart of Honolulu and are looking for some experienced Detailers that are looking for some work and ready to get started right away.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare the vehicle interior according to our Choice Automotive Frontline Ready Standard
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle’s exterior; this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
- Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines, steam machines and air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of the dealership’s interior and exterior.
- Site appearance responsibilities include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the dealership’s daily cleanliness.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Preference for individuals with a valid Hawaii Driver’s License, but not required
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
