As part of the Learning Online Group, we operate globally across multiple education brands in creative industries. With rapid international growth, we’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Fine Line Tattoo Tutor to support and mentor our students.
About the Role
As a Fine Line Tattoo Tutor, you’ll work closely with students enrolled in our tattoo courses, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout their learning journey.
This is a remote, flexible role suited to an experienced tattoo artist who is passionate about teaching and helping others develop their craft—particularly in fine line tattooing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and feedback to students on tattoo techniques and progress
- Support students via online platforms (video, messaging, and email)
- Assess student submissions and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Share industry knowledge, best practices, and real-world insights
- Help students develop confidence and technical ability in fine line tattooing
- Collaborate with the education team to improve course content and student experience
- Stay up to date with tattoo trends, techniques, and safety standards
What We’re Looking ForExperience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years professional tattooing experience
- Strong expertise in fine line tattooing (highly preferred)
- A strong, demonstrable tattoo portfolio
- Ability to clearly explain techniques and provide structured feedback
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing others

- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote environment

Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Based in South Africa with full working rights
- Must submit a tattoo portfolio as part of the application process
