Are you a talented graphic designer looking to expand your skill set into the digital and web development space? We are a small, multidisciplinary creative studio in Gqeberha, and we’re looking for a hungry, passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.
If you have a brilliant eye for design, branding, and layout, we will train you on the technical side including WordPress development, UI/UX design, and modern digital asset creation. You’ll work on everything from brand identities and marketing collateral to digital presentations and corporate websites.
What You Will Do (And Learn!):
- Graphic & Brand Design: Craft visually stunning designs for branding, presentations, social media, and bulk emails.
- WordPress & Web: Learn how to translate your static designs into fully functional, responsive WordPress websites using modern visual builders.
- AI-Driven Workflows: Learn to leverage cutting-edge AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.) to supercharge your creative process and asset generation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our senior team to take briefs from concept to final digital sign-off.
Key Requirements & Core Skills:
- A Stellar Portfolio: This is your golden ticket. We want to see a strong foundation in typography, composition, color theory, and creative layout design (print or digital).
- Software Basics: High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
- Meticulous Eye for Detail: You spot alignment issues, typos, and pixelation from a mile away.
- Tech-Curious & Eager to Learn: You aren’t intimidated by the thought of learning basic web structures, platforms, or AI tools.
- Problem Solver: A confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions and figure things out.
