We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruiting Specialist to lead and support full-cycle recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is essential to attracting top talent, delivering a positive candidate experience, and ensuring efficient hiring processes that align with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and highly organized professional who can manage multiple requisitions, partner effectively with hiring managers, and contribute to employee engagement and onboarding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, background checks, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Create and maintain job descriptions that align with business objectives
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation to ensure compliance and accurate recordkeeping
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership to support workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
- Promote collaboration and clear communication across departments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience recruiting across multiple departments or technical roles
- Knowledge of onboarding best practices and employee engagement initiatives
