MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION/CONCRETE EXPERIENCE
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager (Internal Sales) to oversee internal sales operations and administrative functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient handling of customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing, while leading and supporting the internal sales and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Sales Management
- Manage and supervise the internal sales team
- Ensure prompt and accurate preparation of quotations, invoices, and order processing
- Collaborate closely with the external sales team to meet client requirements
- Ensure all customer enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally
Quotation & Order Control
- Oversee preparation and approval of customer quotations
- Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Monitor order flow from quotation stage through to delivery
Administrative Oversight
- Manage daily administrative operations
- Maintain accurate records of sales documentation and customer information
- Implement and improve administrative systems and processes
Team Management
- Train, mentor, and supervise internal sales and administrative staff
- Allocate workloads and monitor
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in administration, internal sales, or office management, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role. Strong background in managing internal sales teams, quotations, order processing, and administrative systems. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills, supported by a solid technical background in the Construction / Concrete Industry
