Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Position Available
We are looking for a female English/Afrikaans speaking young professional, friendly and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our office.
Duties will include:
Answering phone calls, welcoming clients, managing appointments, taking messages, assisting with emails, scanning and filing documents, following up on client information, and assisting with general office administration.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, punctual, organised, computer literate, and able to communicate professionally with clients. Good attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.
Previous reception or admin experience will be advantageous.
