Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable, high energy, strong and upbeat Cleaning Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness of our clients’ homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of service that reflects our company values. If you are someone who enjoys independence, making homes sparkle and helping others and you enjoy moving your body, we’d love to hear from you! We have both full and part-time positions open. We provide service Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Use customized checklists on Customer Factor Ap to ensure every clean meets the client’s needs.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards and meet our elite expectations.
- Care for your set of equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and communicate with Management.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning products and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Your own reliable, insured vehicle to drive to the locations and a valid driver’s license are required!
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to manage time well and work under time constraints.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required – we provide excellent paid training.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Physical stamina for performing cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
