Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects as well as other cross-functional business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and hands-on experience using project management applications. This position will report directly to the CEO and will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects and other business initiatives from initiation through completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed within established deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to the CEO.
- Manage project schedules, priorities, and resource allocation effectively.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Utilize project management applications to track project milestones, tasks, and overall progress.
- Ensure projects are executed in alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects and other business projects.
- Hands-on experience using project management applications (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar tools).
- Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and provide regular updates to leadership.
