Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective pest control solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest problems
– Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
– Develop and implement customized pest control plans based on the specific needs of each client
– Use a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, to apply pesticides and other pest control treatments
– Safely handle and apply chemicals in accordance with industry regulations and best practices
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns
– Document all services provided, including treatments applied and recommendations for ongoing pest control maintenance
– Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products related to pest control
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in professional services or a related field is preferred but not required
– Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and machinery used in pest control operations
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify pest issues and develop appropriate solutions
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Sales experience is a plus as there may be opportunities to upsell additional services -Drivers license and the ability to travel service area daily

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
