Overview
We are seeking a Journeyman Commercial & Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and components, with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
Duties
- Manage and direct the activities of multiple crews of electricians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Supervise crews operating specialized equipment.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports, including project progress, resource allocation, and compliance documentation.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to detect faults in electrical systems.
- Collaborate with team members to implement solutions for mechanical issues related to electrical systems.
- Collaborate with General Contractor, order material, manpower projections.
- Ensure safety and quality meets company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs and solutions.
- Document all activities, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Coordinate with senior superintendents, project managers to develop and implement electrical plans and timelines.
Qualifications
- Journeyman License w/ TDLR card
- 5-7 years electrical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail for detecting issues quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
- Must have good driving record.

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
