ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape the brand, creative direction and marketing strategy across the Cape Crowd group while helping drive growth and engagement across multiple hospitality brands.

IS IT FOR ME?

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, retail or consumer brands
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling and content marketing
• Excellent creative judgement with a strong eye for design, content and brand experience
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Connected to Cape Town’s food, hospitality and lifestyle scene

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives across the Cape Crowd group
• Oversee content creation, creative direction, photography, videography and copywriting
• Manage social media, email marketing and audience engagement
• Plan and execute campaigns for venue launches, events and activations
• Build relationships with influencers, media partners and industry collaborators
