Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure smooth service across both bar and front-of-house. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage staff across bar and restaurant operations
- Conduct regular stock takes and manage inventory
- Ensure smooth coordination between bar and front-of-house teams
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation

Requirements
- Previous managerial experience in hospitality (bar/restaurant)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Solid knowledge of bar operations and front-of-house service
- Eye for detail in food and drink presentation
- Proven customer service background
- Sober habits and professional conduct
