We are looking for a highly skilled, reliable, and professional handyman to join our team. This is a position for an experienced individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety compliance, and attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Minimum 10 years proven handyman/maintenance experience
Valid Handyman Certificate or relevant trade qualification
Valid first Aid Certificate
Valid OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) Certificate
Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, tiling, and general repairs
Ability to identify problems quickly and provide long-lasting solutions
Must be punctual, professional, and able to work independently without supervision
Good communication skills and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license

Understands workplace safety regulations thoroughly
Keeps work areas clean and organized
Can handle pressure and urgent maintenance issues professionally
Is trustworthy, responsible, and dependable
