Graphic Designer – Print / DTP Jobs in Durban North at THE PRINT SHOP
The Print Shop — a busy Durban print, signage and branding company — needs a hands-on Graphic Designer / DTP Operator to turn client briefs and supplied files into print-ready artwork across digital, large-format and copy-centre work.
Key responsibilities:
– Set up print-ready artwork from briefs and customer files
– Design for digital print, signage and large format
– Provide copy-centre design support
– Maintain brand and print specs (bleed, colour, resolution)
– Work to deadlines in a fast-paced studio
Minimum requirements:
– 2+ years graphic design experience
– Proficient in CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
– Experience preparing print-ready / DTP artwork
– Strong attention to detail
– Based in or able to commute to Durban North
Advantageous:
– Design qualification (Diploma/Degree)
– Large-format / signage / sublimation / DTF
– Prepress / imposition
– Photography
– Copy-centre experience
Remuneration: Market-related salary.
