Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting various quality control checks of products on production lines.
- Performing a variety of quality control testing on coffee from green beans to finished products to determine company standards are being met.
Your Qualifications:
- Problem Solver: Apply your aptitude to diagnose and be a part of solving problems
- Self-Starter: Work independently with minimal oversight
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the management team to communicate quality issues.
- Quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in conducting quality audits and inspections
- Familiarity with ISO standards, FDA regulations, and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and quality assurance methodologies
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexibility: Available to work overtime as needed.
- Reliability: Maintain an excellent attendance record and have reliable transportation.
- Individuals must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and possess good analysis skills.
Compensation:
- Wages: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
