We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Full-Time Child Care Worker to join our Young Toddler classroom. This position involves caring for children approximately 12 to 24 months of age in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and care for young toddlers at all times
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions
- Engage children in age-appropriate learning activities, play, and social development
- Follow all childcare center policies and state licensing regulations
- Communicate effectively with parents and fellow staff members
- Support children’s emotional, physical, and developmental needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years child care experience or associates degree or higher in related field
- Must be dependable, patient, and nurturing
- Must enjoy working with young children
- Must meet all state childcare employment requirements, including clearances and background checks

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Approximately 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Compensation
- Starting pay: $14.00 to $15.50 per hour
- Pay based on experience and qualifications
