About the Role:

• Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes

• Conduct thorough assessments, administer treatments, and document patient progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate records and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams effectively

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to residents

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based research to continually improve patient outcomes

• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

• Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a commitment to customer service and satisfaction
