We’re hiring a Customer Sales Representative to support a growing AT&T campaign. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on customer interaction, wireless sales, and helping customers find products and services that fit their communication needs.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll meet directly with customers, introduce AT&T wireless services, smartphones, data plans, and available promotions, while creating a positive customer experience from start to finish. If you enjoy meeting new people, having conversations, and working in an environment where effort and performance are rewarded, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speak directly with customers about AT&T wireless services, smartphones, mobile devices, data plans, and account options
- Explain promotions, pricing, wireless features, upgrades, and available offers
- Help customers compare plans and services based on their lifestyle, usage, and communication needs
- Assist with customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Answer questions regarding products, services, billing, devices, and account features
- Build positive customer relationships through communication and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Contribute to customer acquisition, customer engagement, and daily sales goals

Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,600.00 per week
