Job Summary
To prepare all staff meals ensuring minimal waste / impact on the environment.

Academic Qualifications and Work Experience
- Grade 10 Required
- Literacy required
- Previous experience as a cook

- Displays a sense of urgency and dedication to meeting the guest needs
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Presents impeccable grooming and dress and ensures good hygiene
- Ability to work in a team

- Have a willingness to learn
- Ability to establish relationships with people from different backgrounds
