Prepares high-quality meals according to recipes, checks ingredient freshness, and maintains a clean, sanitary workspace. Responsible for accurately following food safety standards and operating various kitchen equipment to deliver well-presented dishes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, butcher meat, measure ingredients, and mix sauces according to exact recipe specifications.
  • Cooking Execution: Grill, fry, bake, sauté, or boil food items while ensuring proper flavor, texture, and temperature.
  • Plating & Presentation: Assemble, arrange, and garnish dishes attractively before they are served to customers.
  • Sanitation & Safety: Strictly adhere to food handling, hygiene, and health regulations. Clean workstations, wash dishes, and sanitize equipment before, during, and after shifts.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor food supplies, rotate stock (FIFO), and inform management of low ingredients to prevent shortages.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with waitstaff and other kitchen personnel to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.

Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
