Commercial Laborer
Bonacio Construction, Inc. is seeking dependable Commercial Laborers to join our team. This role supports carpenters, painters, masons, and site supervisors on active commercial construction projects. A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential. Candidates must be able travel within our service area of Albany-Lake Placid.
Responsibilities
- Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Perform basic demolition, debris removal, and general labor tasks
- Support skilled trades as needed on commercial projects
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors in varying conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
