Position: Qualified Panel beater
Location: DALS Montague Gardens
Requirements:
- Driver’s license
- Trade Test certificate in panel beating.
- Minimum 7 years working experience post trade test as a panel beater.
- Minimum 5 years experience in all aspects of panel beating both structural and non-structural on new model vehicles.
- Ability to read and understand job cards.
- Attention to detail and with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience working on luxury brands.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Adhere to company’s health and safety regulations.
- Must have sufficient knowledge of disassembly and reassembly of damaged panels and electronic components.
- Body filler work, bench work/chassis/undercarriage straightening and alignment; grinding; plasma-arc metal cutting; tig & mag welding; mig braising; crimping plates; riveting; correct use of all tools; adherence to safety requirements.
