ONLYDELUXE Aesthetics is seeking a driven and experienced Spa Manager to lead our team at our branch in Table Bay , Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader with a strong background in the spa or aesthetics industry who is ready to take ownership of both operations and team performance in a luxury environment.

Education/Experience
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a management/leadership role within a spa, salon or aesthetics environment
- Recognised beauty/aesthetics qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP, or CIBTAC) preferred
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and team targets
- Strong knowledge of operations, stock control, and reporting
- Previous cruise ship or aesthetic medical environment experience advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train and motivate the team to consistently deliver 5-star service
- Drive service and retail sales to achieve monthly targets
- Manage stock, ordering and inventory effectively
- Handle client queries and ensure service recovery where needed
- Maintain Deluxe’s high standards of grooming, service and professionalism
