JOB TITLE: Cleaner
JOB PURPOSE
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and professional working environment within the call center. The role ensures that all office areas, workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas are cleaned and maintained to company standards, contributing to employee wellbeing and a positive workplace experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and sanitize office floors, desks, chairs, workstations, and common areas daily.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring adequate supplies of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and break areas, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and tables.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, doors, and mirrors as required.
- Refill cleaning and hygiene supplies when necessary.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns to management.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly after use.
- Follow all company health, safety, and hygiene policies.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and maintaining cleanliness during company events when required.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks according to scheduled cleaning plans.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently with minimal disruption to business operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous cleaning experience in an office, corporate, or call center environment is advantageous.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties throughout the workday.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
