COMPANY DRIVER POLICY
PAY
- 70¢ per mile (loaded & empty miles)
- 4,000 miles/week guaranteed or we pay the difference
- Weekly direct deposit
BONUSES
- $1,000 Driver Referral Bonus
- Level 1 Inspection Bonus: $400
- Level 2 Inspection Bonus: $300
- Level 3 Inspection Bonus: $200
SCHEDULE
- Minimum 4 weeks on the road
- Maximum 4 days home time after each rotation
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience
- Clean driving record
- $2,500 deposit ($500/week × 5), refunded after 45 days.
- Weekly PTI (Pre-Trip Inspection) video required
- Must use Samsara dual-facing dash camera
PENALTIES
- $250 per violation point
- $500 unreported late pickup/delivery (refundable after 6 clean weeks)
Pay: $2,500.00 – $4,200.00 per week

- Can you drive 5,000+ miles per week? if not how many miles you can drive?
- Do you agree to stay on the road for a minimum of 4 weeks with a maximum of 4 days home time? If not how many weeks you can stay?
