Business Development Manager Jobs in Home Based at 1Source BPO
OneSource BPO is hiring a remote Business Development Manager to support our sales and client acquisition process. This role will focus on following up with leads, conducting discovery calls, communicating with U.S.-based small to medium-sized businesses, presenting demos for our AI agent solutions, and helping move qualified prospects through the sales process.
The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and experience working directly with clients. Prior experience in the BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or technology service industry is a plus.
Responsibilities include following up with warm and inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, understanding client needs, explaining OneSource BPO services, presenting AI agent demos, handling client questions, updating CRM notes, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the client onboarding process.
This is a remote role, and candidates based in South Africa are welcome to apply. The candidate must be comfortable working with U.S.-based clients and available during U.S. business hours or partial U.S. business hours.
Pay: R15 000,00 – R25 000,00 per month
