Empire Painting is hiring experienced interior painters for residential repaint projects throughout Waukesha County and surrounding areas.
$22–$35/hr depending on experience

We’re looking for painters who show up ready to work, stay productive, and take pride in what they do. We pay at the top end of the market for reliable, high-performing painters.
Pay
✔$22–$35 per hour based on experience and skill

Work Includes
✔ Interior walls, ceilings, and trim
✔ Residential repaint projects
✔ Occasional light commercial work
✔ Prep work including masking, sanding, patching, puttying, and caulking
Requirements
✔ 3+ years of professional painting experience
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to stay productive and work efficiently
✔ Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
✔ Airless sprayer experience is a plus (we can train the right person)
Spanish-speaking painters are welcome to apply.
Some English is required to communicate with the office.
