Job Description

We are hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our Cape Town team. This is a no experience needed role — we provide full training.

If you’re a recent matriculant with confidence, excellent people skills, and a drive to succeed, this is your opportunity to launch a career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and build relationships with prospective clients

• Learn to prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals with guidance from senior sales staff

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with full team support

• Work closely with the marketing department to understand campaigns, trends, and client needs

• Represent the Dauntless Dynasty brand professionally at all times

Job Requirements

• Matric certificate (NQF Level 4) – essential

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

• Passion for sales, marketing, and dealing with people

• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow

• No prior sales experience required – full training provided
