Job Title: Brand & Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Growth
- Drive aggressive brand awareness strategies across digital and offline channels
- Identify and secure high-visibility placements (e.g. outdoor media, pole ads, activations)
- Continuously find new and unconventional ways to grow brand presence
Media, PR & Exposure
- Source and secure media opportunities (radio, podcasts, interviews, press features)
- Pitch Mint’s story to journalists, platforms, and content creators
- Coordinate and prepare executives for interviews and public appearances
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry partners
Content Creation & Execution
- Create and manage engaging, platform-specific content (social media, campaigns, thought leadership)
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all channels
- Work closely with designers and internal teams to produce high-quality content
Partnerships & Community Reach
- Identify opportunities for brand exposure at universities, corporate spaces, and industry events
- Secure speaking engagements, panels, and activations for Mint executives
- Build partnerships that expand reach to students, young professionals, and key market segments
Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Track performance and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and growth
- Test and experiment with new growth channels and ideas
Requirements
- 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, growth, brand, or PR roles
- Proven track record of hands-on execution and brand growth
- Experience securing media placements or managing PR/outreach
- Strong content creation and digital marketing skills
- Excellent communication, pitching, and networking abilities
- Self-starter with a proactive, “make it happen” mindset
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or startups is advantageous
Pay: R15 000,00 – R20 000,00 per month
