Requirements

  • A relevant 3-year qualification preferably a National Diploma

or B Degree in a Legal Field

  • 2 to 5 years relevant experience
  • Computer literacy: MS Office
  • Valid Driver’s license

Key Performance Areas

  • To manage any complaint/issue which affect the status of

property within the asset responsibility portfolio of

Property Transactions.

  • To address the unlawful occupation of Municipal Property

which falls within the Property Transactions portfolio.

  • Ensure timeous compliance with conditions which certain

property sales are subject to and must be filled within a

predetermined time.

  • Represent Property Transactions at various stakeholder

meetings pertaining to land matters.

  • Create and maintain a database of all problem building

notices for Property Transactions.

  • Physically fit and able bodied for site inspections
