Requirements
- A relevant 3-year qualification preferably a National Diploma
or B Degree in a Legal Field
- 2 to 5 years relevant experience
- Computer literacy: MS Office
- Valid Driver’s license
Key Performance Areas
- To manage any complaint/issue which affect the status of
property within the asset responsibility portfolio of
Property Transactions.
- To address the unlawful occupation of Municipal Property
which falls within the Property Transactions portfolio.
- Ensure timeous compliance with conditions which certain
property sales are subject to and must be filled within a
predetermined time.
- Represent Property Transactions at various stakeholder
meetings pertaining to land matters.
- Create and maintain a database of all problem building
notices for Property Transactions.
- Physically fit and able bodied for site inspections
