Responsibilities

- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex service issues.
- Prepare service performance reports and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Train and mentor service staff to maintain high professional standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in after‑sales service management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, warranties, and customer service practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems.
