We are looking for a Workshop Manager for our fitment centre.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the fitment center, including tyre services, vehicle maintenance and services, and customer service.
* Manage and train staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
* Maintain and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
* Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer service.
* Maintain accurate records, including customer details, service history, and financial transactions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Certified in relevant mechanical qualifications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
